Childbirth Preparation Course

This course was designed by me, a NYC labor doula, to equip you with the information that I think is most helpful for people to know before giving birth. This is a LIVE virtual class held online through Zoom lasting 2-3 hours.

We will go over common terms, the stages of labor, comfort and coping strategies, the ins and outs of inductions, advocacy and informed consent and preparing for postpartum.

Cost: $200 includes you and a support person as well as access to a shared google drive packed with helpful resources.

Participant testimony: "I loved how honest and straightforward everything was. It made me feel like I can be the one deciding what I want my birth to look like. Learning the true steps of labor felt mind-blowing. This was the first birth class I've ever taken, but I have a feeling they aren't all this informative and helpful."

Postpartum Support

A Postpartum Doula helps a family in the first few days and weeks after bringing a new baby home. I provide non-medical physical, emotional and informational support and help with self-care, recovery, postpartum comfort measures, and infant care.
Cost: $150 per each three hour shift.

Lactation Prep 101

In this meeting, you'll learn what you can do during pregnancy to prepare for the wild ride of nursing your baby! You'll also learn about the first week of your baby’s life from hunger cues to latching to pees and poops. We will also touch on common roadblocks such as engorgement and more. We will practice nursing positions together, I will point you to my favorite websites, books, YouTube channels and local nursing support circles, lactation counselors and more. We will also talk about how different birth interventions can impact your feeding journey and how to navigate common hospital roadblocks from sleepy babies to conflicting advice from postpartum nurses.
